These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pl365. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service offered on the pl365 platform.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pl365 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different name — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
All bonuses credited to a pl365 account are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer. By accessing the pl365 Platform, creating an Account, or using any Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pl365 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform at the relevant time.
These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pl365 with respect to the subject matter herein. No oral representation made by any pl365 employee or agent shall have the effect of varying or overriding any written provision of these Terms.
Access to and use of pl365 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this minimum age requirement. pl365 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform.
pl365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the period specified by pl365, the relevant Account will be suspended pending resolution and any pending withdrawals will be held accordingly.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pl365 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. pl365 does not warrant that use of the Services is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk. pl365 may block access from specific territories at its discretion and without prior notice.
To access the full range of pl365 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change after registration. pl365 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one pl365 Account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether registered under the same identity, a different name, a family member's identity, or using technical means to obscure the connection — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, pl365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation.
pl365 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming license. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, when your cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold, or at any time pl365 deems it necessary for compliance or security purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a utility bill dated within three months showing your registered address, and a screenshot or statement from your registered payment method confirming ownership.
All pl365 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once your Account currency is set to PKR at registration, it may not be changed. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and betting transactions will be recorded and displayed in PKR.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pl365 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
pl365 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified pl365 of a potential compromise prior to the activity in question. pl365 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
pl365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. pl365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including deposits on behalf of another person or deposits received from an anonymous or unverified source — are strictly prohibited. pl365 will not accept deposits from credit facilities, loans, or funds obtained through illegal activity. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, or to a verified account in your own name where a change of method is requested and approved by pl365 compliance. pl365 will process withdrawal requests within a standard processing window of one to three business days from the time of approval. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification requirements before release. pl365 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pl365 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by pl365 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a pl365 Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account. pl365 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their Account.
pl365 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes, or providing false information in connection with a promotional claim.
pl365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect display of odds or game outcome, where pl365 suspects that a Player has access to information that would give an unfair advantage, or where the bet would exceed pl365's maximum liability threshold for a single event or market.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error affecting any game or betting market on the pl365 Platform, pl365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. pl365 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical error or platform outage beyond its reasonable control.
For cricket betting markets including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 Internationals, pl365 applies the rules of the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic competitions and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, curtailed, or subject to a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revision, the relevant governing body's rules will determine the official result on which settled bets are based.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at pl365's discretion. Bets placed after the occurrence of the event outcome — whether due to a transmission delay, network latency, or any other cause — will be voided and the stake returned, except where pl365 determines that the Player could not reasonably have known the outcome at the time of bet placement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl365 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; use any pl365 trade mark, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, extract, or otherwise harvest data from the Platform by automated or manual means.
Any unauthorised use of pl365 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl365 excludes all liability for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pl365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to pl365 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pl365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; or where continued operation of the Account would expose pl365 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
Upon closure of an Account for cause, pl365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed through no fault of the Player — for example, where pl365 withdraws services from a particular jurisdiction — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period following the completion of any applicable KYC checks.
You may request closure of your pl365 Account at any time by contacting the pl365 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, pl365 will process any pending real-money withdrawal and close the Account within five business days. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
pl365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pl365 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Players via their registered email address. The effective date of any revision will be prominently displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the pl365 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 above.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pl365 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, pl365 will first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with the Player concerned.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents pl365 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing fraud.
